“Careers in the works” is an interview based audio story featuring the voices of 3 individuals with different perspectives and stances in the field of media. With the voice of a current student studying multimedia, a radio and broadcast college graduate who struggled to find a job in the field and had to switch careers entirely and a professional currently working in the production side of the industry, listeners are able to grasp an understanding of what the steps to getting into the field are like and how much time and commitment it involves. The story curated by producer Chelsea Lecce is unlike ordinary podcasts and strives to create an audible panel discussion focused on the theme of the media industry and what it takes to find your place in the field.
