Torontonians are flocking to The Dirty Bird, a popular fried chicken and waffle chain started right here in Toronto.
They have coined the term “Northern Fried” which they claim is the first Canadian-style fried chicken.
Matthew Chin went to The Dirty bird near Bathurst and Bloor street, their second location, to learn about how they set themselves apart from other places serving fried chicken.
