They explore their own journey’s with anxiety and depression and have a deep conversation with fellow journalism student, Lexy Benedict.
Lexy talks about everything that causes her anxiety as a journalist which includes an ongoing troll.
Later on in the show, the ladies get the chance to dive more into the topic with mental health journalist, Patricia Tomasi. How does she think the industry is dealing with mental health amoung journalists today in comparison to when she was a young journalist
