Veronica Antipolo and Georgette Stubbs are the founders of a story telling experience called Housewarming. The first event was held on Sept. 21, followed by the second one on Nov. 8, 2019. At the event women of colour gather to share their personal stories in an open space, as in most situations their stories are overlooked in the media. The creators tackle big topics by creating a safe outlet for women at an intersection of race, class and gender. Antipolo and Stubbs both open up about their personal journeys and talk about why they created the Housewarming experience.
