Bashair Ali, like many of today’s young adults, found herself navigating the waters of mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a Muslim woman in a Muslim household, her mental health and religious beliefs often intertwined when it came to seeking support. She learned through her experiences at home that mental health wasn’t always easy to discuss with her family, where it was common to receive religious and cultural based answers for her mental health-related questions.

Dive into this podcast where we explore Bashair’s story and other Muslim voices to answer the question: what can Bashair do?
