Over the years, plastic surgery has been on the rise and increasingly more popular. With the influence of social media, more people have admitted to considering or have already gone under the knife– especially teens and young adults. According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, some of the top procedures in 2018 include; breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, tummy tucks, fillers, liposuction and eyelid surgery. These procedures can also get quite expensive. Rhinoplasty (nose reshaping) is one of the most popular procedures to get done and can cost anywhere between seven to eight grand in Canada. While something like lip injections cost $500- 800 dollars depending on where you go.
