Maayan Ziv is an Entrepreneur, Photographer,  and Activist. She was born with Muscular Dystrophy and ever since she can remember has been advocating for accessibility around the world. She is the founder of AccessNow which is a app and website that allows people to look for places and figure out if they are accessible or not.  The app allows people around the world to contribute information on whether certain establishments are accessible to people with disabilities. Her goal for the future is to map accessible places around the world and also educate others on how to invest in the city to make it accessible for everyone.

Talia Ziv, Maayan’s younger sister, has watched her sister trying to solve the challenge of accessibility for herself and others around the world.
Founder of AccessNow Maayan Ziv created the app to help people around the world with disabilities figure out what is accessible.
Vittoria Rabito interviewed Maayan and Talia Ziv about AccessNow and about living with a disability in a world that is not accessible.
